Producer Scott Rudin has reportedly bought the rights to film the latest biography of Stacy Schiff’s work titled Queen of the Nile, Cleopatra: A Life.

A spokesperson from the publisher, Michael Pietsch, confirmed the news. He even leaked that Jolie is likely to be involved in this movie project.

Schiff even claimed that Angelina Jolie fits perfectly to the portrait of Cleopatra figure. “She’s the most perfect for that role,” he said.

Earlier, the actress Florence Lawrence had also starred in films such legendary figures in Antony and Cleopatra. Actress Helen Gardner also had the chance to star that character.
